Send an outline drawing or a DXF with the supply voltage, the total wattage and the temperature you have to hold, and say what the heater is bonded to — that last one decides the permissible watt density and is the question a quotation cannot skip. You will get back a quotation with the insulation system, the watt density in the mounting condition you described, the lead and termination, and the sensor or cutoff stated rather than assumed.
Where your heaters are made
Circuit layout, element preparation, lamination, die cutting, electrical test and thermal imaging all happen in our own plant. That is why a quotation comes back in a day, why a sample can follow it, and why the lot number in the carton traces back to the steel it was made from.
